RFA Auction Initiates Company-Wide Luncheon
for Delkor Employees

In May, employees of RFA Associate member Delkor Systems were treated
to a luncheon as a result of Delkor President Dale Andersen's purchase
during the Live Auction at this year's RFA Annual Conference in Texas.
The
Live Auction, which was held to raise funds for RFA Special Projects,
was a lively event and Dale was a generous winner of one of
the tastiest prizes of the evening - a barbeque rib dinner from Rendevous
restaurant in Memphis donated by RFA member St. Clair Foods. When Dale
came up with the idea for an employee luncheon, St. Clair Foods donated
additional ribs, and three other RFA companies stepped up to donate
their products as well, including salads from Reser's Fine Foods, gelatin
from Lakeview Farms, and soup from Kettle Cuisine.
"The employees loved it," stated Dale Andersen. "Each
month we have a luncheon after our company-wide meeting. Usually we
serve pizza, so this was a real treat for everyone. It was a great
opportunity for our employees to enjoy food produced by some of our
customers."
To complete the menu, beverages donated by Plains Dairy and ice cream
donated by Wells Dairy were also provided. These companies are also
Delkor customers.
Delkor continues to grow as a result of the success of its customers.
With the expansion of an additional 30,000 square feet added for production
and warehousing, and the addition of employees putting the total to
over 90, Delkor is positioned to continue to provide the same level
of service its customers have come to appreciate.
We thank Delkor for their continued support and involvement in the
RFA!
